Job Description

Air Freight Specialist's focus is to handle air freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management, and coordinating with the sales, accounting, and other departments. Responsibilities: ● Correspond and liaise with International and local agents, and airlines for pricing and operations purposes. ● Monitor and track shipments from A-Z. ● Shipments management using company software (CARAVAN). ● Delivery orders, warehouse receipts, and EPLs. ● Generate monthly reports for the management. ● Salary: Negotiable. ● Benefits: Health insurance.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in any subject. ● At least 1 year of work experience in the international transport/logistics industry. ● Highly motivated. ● Time management, meeting deadlines, and multitasking skills. ● Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ● Good knowledge of MS Office. ● Good command of English skills. ● Gender preference: Male/Female.
