Air Freight Specialist's focus is to handle air freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management, and coordinating with the sales, accounting, and other departments.
Responsibilities:
● Correspond and liaise with International and local agents, and airlines for pricing and operations purposes.
● Monitor and track shipments from A-Z.
● Shipments management using company software (CARAVAN).
● Delivery orders, warehouse receipts, and EPLs.
● Generate monthly reports for the management.
