Job Description

This person is responsible for executing all the administrative activities of the human resources unit, such as the following: - Collecting and reporting monthly staff performance. - Social security insurance for staff and other covered insurance - Doing administrative work and subsequent problems and issues - Refer to the administrative centers and organs in person to follow up on the assigned affairs when necessary - Support the human resources team - Demonstrated preventive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making ability - Fluent in employee entry and exit registration software - Familiar with payroll calculation

- Written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality - High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role - Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions - Ability to build trust - Time management and multitasking skills - A good listener and active in work environment - At least a bachelor's degree - At least 3 years of experience - Job age between 25-35
