Job Description

● Develop regulations and instructions related to the company's activities in the field of administration and human resources. ● Monitor the implementation of safety and health standards in the workplace. ● Supervision and implementation of administrative, employment, support, and human resource development laws. ● Guide and answer clients' questions. ● Supervise and implement motivational processes, employee participation, and relationships. ● Monitor support services. ● Development and implementation of human resource strategies in line with the overall business strategy. ● Provide analytical reports to management.

Requirements

● Skilled in labor and social security laws. ● Skilled in matters related to employee safety and health. ● Skilled in evaluating employee performance. ● Skilled in the processes of training and attracting human resources. ● Skilled in knowledge management. ● Skilled in grooming a successor. ● Ability to promote organizational value and culture. ● Skilled in designing and compiling job indicators. ● Skilled in strong effective communication. ● Skilled in teamwork. ● 30 to 45 years old. ● At least Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or MBA Management. ● At least 8 years of experience as an administrative and human resources manager.
