Job Description
- Act as a liaison between recruiting and business teams during interview and on-boarding of new employees
- Administer personnel recruitment or hiring activities.
- Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training, and health and safety programs
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
- Defining local procedures, operating rules based on regulations and policies of the company and recommends improvements to current policies for providing stability in service delivery.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Managing projects for providing a suitable work environment for the employees in compliance with standards of company workspaces.
- Organizing company events or conferences.
- Prepare and renew all personnel contract
- Prepare monthly time sheets, setting up and defining new employees in payroll system
- Provide guidance and input on employee performance, workforce planning and succession planning
- Supervise clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees
- Update knowledge of legal or regulatory environments.
