Job Description

The incumbent is responsible to provide administrative assistance to Admin Manager (GSC) to perform admin projects.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Carrying out and following up on the affairs of the employee's commuting service and updating the database and providing continuous improvement plans to improve the service.
  • Carrying out matters related to domestic and foreign guests such as accommodation and legal permits and necessary cooperation with related departments in the HQ office to carry out their administrative affairs.
  • Issuing purchase requests and the necessary follow-up to receive timely services and items according to the department's needs.
  • Controlling the duties of service staff.
  • Controlling services received from contractors such as gardening, canteen, and power supply companies and doing related administrative affairs.
  • Carrying out administrative projects in such a way that the following are properly observed.
  • Calculating the initial project start schedule, planning required resources, time management, cost estimation, and right budgeting, collecting reports and related documents, ensuring the satisfaction of project and stakeholders at each stage, and completing the project on time.
  • Carrying out tasks assigned by the relevant manager in accordance with the rules and regulations of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering fields, Management, or English Translation/literature. 
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Good command of Microsoft MS Office.
  • Communication skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
