Job Description

The account manager is in charge of identifying, prioritizing, and making the most out of sales opportunities and maintaining customers. He reports to CTO and will be responsive to determining seasonal targets and maintaining current customers which are allocated to him. His target markets are main operators and vendors in the telecom Industry. Responsibilities of this role: ● Find new deals and opportunities in determining target markets. ● Convince and attract customers for taking advantage of our products. ● Maintain customers’ satisfaction. ● Make sure our products are matched with customer requirements. ● Target new contracts, deals, and purchase orders. ● Constant communication with customers and performing periodic visits. ● Resolve issues and problems that happened to customers. ● Acquisition of initial information from customers. ● Make initial contacts and create new deals. ● Demonstration and presentation. ● Present technical and financial recommendations. ● Negotiation and concluding contracts.
