Purpose:
At Roche Diagnostics Iran, we have the unique opportunity to shape healthcare and change lives by providing the highest quality, most innovative diagnostic solutions.
As an account lead, you are taking a lead in the accounts sales strategy and execution on assigned territory. You will actively promote Roche Diagnostics products to all targeted Labs.
Challenges:
- Manage sales, and customer relationships and promote the full range of products to all accounts in the designated territory.
- Achieve the sales targets, gain market share, and meet the related strategic KPIs in assigned territories by implementing the activities and defined strategies.
- Create an integrated account plan that spans all Roche interactions at all levels of account decision-makers including Lab staff, Lab managers, clinicians, and executives.
- Identify new opportunities while having a consultancy approach within assigned accounts.
- Stakeholder mapping and decision-making process of accounts to build value and mutually profitable customer relationships.
- Proactively searching for market information and trends, product updates, and competitive information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with all key stakeholders and develop innovative strategies to acquire, grow, and retain business, in line with sales objectives.
- Possess and maintain good product knowledge and be competent in conducting product presentations to customers.
