Assistant Brand Manager - Infant Formula

POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the Brand Manager in translating the NAN & Guigoz brand strategies into high-quality execution. Owns day-to-day coordination of campaigns, HCP engagement activities, agencies, marketing materials, budget tracking and performance reporting, while contributing ideas and developing broader marketing capability.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Executes brand plans and campaigns across relevant channels, including HCP communication, digital platforms, consumer communication where permitted, sampling and field-force materials, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Acts as the main day-to-day bridge between the Brand Manager and external agencies: translates agreed strategic direction into clear briefs, follows deliverables and revisions, challenges execution where needed, and drives projects to closure.
• Coordinates HCP events and brand activities and other educational/engagement programs, working closely with Medical, Field and relevant internal and external partners.
• Supports development of detail aids, digital/HCP assets, presentations and other communication materials, ensuring consistency with brand strategy, scientific requirements and approved communication.
• Tracks brand performance and activity effectiveness through event/activity reports, selected sales analyses and other agreed KPIs; turns information into clear management updates and flags issues requiring action.
• Owns monthly PFME tracking and follows quotations, commitments and spending in partnership with the Event Manager; provides accurate and timely budget reports to the Brand Manager and supports PR/PO follow-up where required.
• Builds strong working relationships with Medical, Field, Procurement, Finance, Sales/CDT, Media and regional teams to remove blockers and ensure large projects progress efficiently and compliantly.
• Contributes ideas to improve campaign and activity execution, supports consumer/market research where relevant, and participates in media and communication discussions to build capability and gradually take greater ownership.
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Sales within FMCG, pharmaceutical or a comparable fast-paced business; hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns is strongly preferred.
• Strong marketing fundamentals, learning agility and consumer-oriented thinking.
• Excellent project management, organization and follow-up skills; self-motivated and able to drive multiple workstreams independently.
• Strong agency management, cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Medical, Field, Procurement and Finance.
• Good analytical and reporting capability; exposure to digital/media activities and fluent professional English are strong advantages.
