Job Description
- Create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for employees.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
- Develop unique training programs to fulfill managers' specific needs to maintain or improve skills.
- Create and/or acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
- Present training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos.
- Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Assess training materials prepared by instructors.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
- Prepare and implement training budget.
- Maintain records and reports of expenses.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Training Management, or a related field.
- At least three years of training or learning experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflict.
- Adept with a variety of learning platforms (LMS).
- Ability to write a PDP or IDP.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective learning.
- Familiar with training standards: ISO10015 and ISO29993.
- Proficient in measuring the effectiveness of the training course.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office and related program software.
- Familiar with project management concepts.
