Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Conducting Sales Training Courses and Workshops
Delivering training sessions on sales skills, product knowledge, and negotiation techniques for sales representatives and sales supervisors, in accordance with the plans established by the Sales Training Manager.
• Developing and Updating Training Materials
Designing and developing training materials, including presentations, guides, videos, and operational checklists, tailored to sales representatives’ needs and the company’s standards.
• Evaluating Learning Outcomes and Training Effectiveness
Conducting post-training assessments, collecting participant feedback, and analyzing the impact of training programs on sales performance.
• Field Support and Sales Coaching
Accompanying sales representatives on field visits, providing operational feedback, and delivering one-on-one coaching to improve sales skills and address operational challenges.
• Ongoing Coordination and Planning
Scheduling training sessions, coordinating with distribution centers, arranging training facilities and equipment, and monitoring participant attendance.
• Reporting Training Performance to the Sales Training Manager
Preparing periodic reports on the number of training sessions conducted, number of participants, assessment results, and recommendations for improvement to be submitted to the Sales Training Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong knowledge of Training and Development principles and practices.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing concepts and techniques.
Proficiency in Training of Trainers (TTT) methodologies.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications.
Strong skills in coordinating and conducting meetings with sales teams.
Ability to prepare and submit daily reports to the direct manager.
Strong skills in planning and organizing sales training seminars.
Ability to deliver training to sales representatives at distribution centers.
* This position requires approximately 10 days of business travel per month*
