● Implement educational needs assessment at the organization level. ● Review and analyze the educational needs assessment of the organization. ● Conduct required training courses and prepare reports from the courses held. ● Review and analyze the effectiveness of training courses. ● Communicate with educational institutions to hold required training courses. ● Update training databases. ● Participate in the promotion and improvement of the training process and instructions. ● Participate in the promotion of organizational culture. ● Workplace: Aqdasiye Square. ● Working hours: Saturday to Thursday from 8 am to 2 pm. ● Benefits: shuttle service.
