● Familiarity with an educational needs assessment based on job and employee in order to determine the educational needs of employees.
● Proficient in effective evaluation of educational programs and educational evaluation techniques and tools.
● Proficient in conducting online, offline, and face-to-face training courses.
● Age range: 25 to 40 years old.

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce.
● An intermediate level in English.
