Job Description

● Develop job standards and analysis. ● Use statistical analysis software. ● Educational needs assessment based on job and employee in order to determine the educational needs of employees. ● Evaluate educational programs and educational evaluation techniques and tools. ● Hold online, offline, and face-to-face training courses.

Requirements

● Proficient in the management concepts of employee training and succession. ● Proficient in formulating job standards and job analysis. ● Familiarity with personal development programs and talent development and coaching systems. ● Proficient in designing and compiling processes. ● Familiar with strategic planning. ● Ability to use statistical analysis software. ● Proficient in 10015 standards. ● Proficient in competency model, educational needs assessment according to competency. ● Familiarity with an educational needs assessment based on job and employee in order to determine the educational needs of employees. ● Proficient in effective evaluation of educational programs and educational evaluation techniques and tools. ● Proficient in conducting online, offline, and face-to-face training courses. ● Age range: 25 to 40 years old. ● Gender preference: Male/Female. ● At least a Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce. ● An intermediate level in English. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
