Based in Tehran, this top-level role requires a seasoned professional to drive our trading operations, ensuring effective import and export processes while aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trading strategies to support company objectives.
- Manage the complete import and export process, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the supply chain and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor market trends to identify changes and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all trading activities.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to maximize performance.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management.
- Proven experience in a senior trading or procurement role within the FMCG sector.
- Strong skills related to export and import processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and data to make informed decisions.
