Nano Daru Pajuhan Pardis Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a capable and results‑oriented International Procurement Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s foreign purchasing and sourcing operations. This key position focuses on procuring pharmaceutical raw materials, negotiating with international suppliers, managing import‑related processes, and ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of all foreign procurement activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage all foreign procurement activities of the company
Identify, evaluate, and build effective relationships with international suppliers
Conduct commercial negotiations, finalize contracts, and monitor contractual commitments
Oversee the entire import process, including ordering, logistics, customs clearance, and preparation of commercial documents
Collaborate closely with production, finance, R&D, and quality assurance departments to align procurement with organizational needs
Analyze international markets and identify new sourcing opportunities
Manage commercial, currency, and contractual risks related to procurement
Prepare analytical, performance, and management reports for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA, Economics, Pharmacy, or a related field
At least 7 years of relevant experience in international procurement or foreign trade, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries
Strong knowledge of import regulations, currency transfer procedures, and international commercial documentation
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry requirements, sourcing of pharmaceutical raw materials (APIs, excipients), and regulatory standards is an advantage
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken), especially in business correspondence and negotiations
Strong skills in negotiation, analysis, decision‑making, and communication
