Our diverse portfolio bridges the gap between agriculture and construction, specializing in high-quality Dried Foods (Dates, Raisins, Walnuts, Almonds, Dried Fruits) and premium Raw & Natural Stones.
As we expand our footprint in the region, we are looking for a strategic, experienced, and energetic General Export Manager to lead our operations, with a specific focus on the Russian, Arabic, and Turkish markets. Therefore, we are open to hiring the right candidate on either a Full-time or Part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
• Market Strategy: Develop and execute export strategies to penetrate and expand market share in Russia, Iraq, and Turkey for both food and stone categories.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, vet, and negotiate with potential buyers, distributors, and wholesalers in target regions.
• diverse Product Management:
• Oversee the export cycle for Food Products (ensuring phytosanitary compliance, proper packaging, and shelf-life management).
• Oversee the export cycle for Raw Stone (managing heavy cargo logistics, breakage prevention, and block/slab specifications).
• Logistics & Compliance: Supervise freight forwarding, customs clearance, and documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin) to ensure smooth cross-border movement.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term, profitable relationships with international clients and local suppliers.
• Payment & Finance: Manage international payment methods, contracts, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in International Trade or Export Management.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in exporting Dried Fruits/Nuts OR Natural Stones. Candidates with "General Trading" experience (handling multiple commodity types) are highly preferred.
• Regional Expertise: Strong knowledge of trade regulations, customs procedures, and business culture in Russia, Iraq, and Turkey.
• Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Language Skills
• English: Fluent /Professional proficiency is mandatory.
• Additional Languages: Proficiency in Russian, Arabic, or Turkish is considered a major advantage and will be prioritized.
