POSITION: Technical Store Supervisor;
DIVISION: Engineering;
LOCATION: Qazvin, Iran;
REPORTS TO: Factory Engineering Manager;

Position Intro:

The technical store keeper is responsible for making sure the technical store management is being performed in an optimized way, taking into account all the potential constraints, like restricted access, proper counting, GMPs, safety, food safety, available tools and spare parts, as well as the corresponding prioritization of activities. Key link with other stakeholders (i.e., technicians, maintenance planner, and operational buyer) as well as being the main person for all technical stores

Major Responsibilities:

  • Technical Stores: Drive in a teamwork and proactive way, the technical stores, as a service provider, and ensure excellence in technical store management. Track and manage all technical stores KPI's having a proper link with the users (e.g., Engineering team, Factory Controller, operators, etc.). Interact with the procurement team for improvement on the life cycle cost for spares. Drive directions with the project team in case of spare parts coming/remaining from project activities.
  • Budget Management: Support with technical stores data in building the zero-based maintenance budget. Drive the technical store's financial tracking, including forecast linked to planned activities.
  • M&I: Enable world-class maintenance planning in operations, providing the right spare parts at the right time. Use TPM as a multi-disciplinary approach, as well as using AMM as a management tracking tool. Ensure proper technical store management.
  • Energy/Water/SHE Management: Ensure the technical stores assets and activities respect constraints on safety, food safety, energy/water consumption at the factory level by analyzing the potential impact of any variable (e.g., lubricant stores, inflammables, chemicals, spare parts to be used in contact with products, etc.)

Key Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields.
  • Strongly recommended to have experience with IT systems (Windows or SAP environment)
  • Exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning, and maintenance execution.
  • Basic exposure to managing teams or groups of people in technical teams, contractors, suppliers, or other 3rd parties.
