Job Description

Checking the repair reports of the units in order to ensure the correctness of repair operations and the implementation of maintenance and repair plans Supervising the preparation and formulation of the necessary internal rules, regulations, and instructions in the field of the company's technical affairs. ● Supervise maintenance activities in different parts of production halls. ● Monitor the implementation development plans and construction projects. ● Supervise the proper operation and maintenance of production machinery and equipment and facilities and auxiliary equipment of the factory. ● Supervise the formulation of periodic maintenance and repairs (PM) of production and peripheral machinery and facilities. ● Supervise the correct implementation of the approved periodic maintenance and repair program. ● Examine the condition of production machinery and auxiliary facilities of the factory in different departments and make appropriate decisions to fix possible problems if needed. ● Monitor the consumption of spare parts in repairs according to the useful life of parts and machines. ● Supervise the operations and activities of manufacturing spare parts, machinery, and required metal artifacts. ● Supervise the repair of machine parts. ● Carry out the necessary coordination with the production units in order to minimize the downtime of the machines and create a suitable and favorable environment for the proper operation and maintenance of the machines and production equipment. ● Prepare required analytical reports in the field of technical affairs of the company. ● Check and monitor and complete the URS of new machines. ● Review and approval of artworks. ● Review and monitor the design of new parts sizes for the company's new products.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies. ● Managerial work experience. ● Fluent in English. ● Highly cultivated self-confidence. ● Bachelor's degree in related fields.
