As a technical lead, you will provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve the performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of customers’ solutions using industry best practices. The technical lead will be in charge of evaluating the work processed and implementing technology solutions to meet the business’s current and future needs. Responsibilities:
● Lead a cross-functional technology team including backend, frontend, and QA engineers.
● Coach the software developers to meet the requirements of the organization.
● Facilitate and improve the software development process and eliminate problems and obstacles.
● Lead to attaining the best software design and architecture emergent in the team.
● Make effective communication with the product, business, and infrastructure stakeholders.
● Own performance management cycle for team members.
● Make sure their team is aligned with the technology chapter vision.
● Contribute to the hiring procedure.
