Job Description

We are looking for a talent acquisition supervisor - someone skilled in the full recruitment cycle, from needs assessment to hiring planning, conducting technical and behavioral interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, executing employer branding strategies, and reporting on key performance KPIs. The ideal candidate will be output-oriented, fast, and accurate - someone who’s always ready and present when it counts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze hiring needs in close collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Develop an annual recruitment calendar with clearly defined numeric targets, such as time to fill and offer acceptance Rate.
  • Execute targeted sourcing strategies through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, etc.
  • Conduct multi-stage interviews including phone screens, behavioral interviews, and panel interviews.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to deeply understand role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and prompt feedback.
  • Design recruitment campaigns across websites, social media platforms, and participate in job fairs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team.
  • Monitor and optimize core recruitment KPIs, including: time to fill, cost per hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, and submissions to hire.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports for the executive board, including detailed data analysis and actionable insights.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Age range: 30 to 40 years.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions.
