● Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
● Planning advertisement, interview, and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
● Coordinating with department/subunit managers to continue the recruitment process.
● Assisting with job description preparation.
● Assessing candidates' information including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System.
● Assisting with employer branding, various surveys, and recruitment events.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
● Experience as a talent acquisition specialist.
● Working knowledge of ATS and databases.
● Good communication skills.
● Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
● Well-organized.
● Fluency in English.
