Job Description

● Make ready jobs content and post them in suitable channels. ● Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements. ● Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. ● Set interview meetings and interview with candidates. ● Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. ● Enter data in the recruitment dashboard and update it daily. ● Update talent acquisition forms and booklet.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR fields or MBA is a must. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR department. ● Good English proficiency (speaking and writing). ● Intermediate level in Excel and PowerPoint. ● Good knowledge of sourcing and recruitment models and channels. ● Time management, assertive communication, and feedback skills.
