Job Description

● Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. ● Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). ● Publish hiring advertisements in different sources and job channels. ● Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. ● Preparing related reports based on weekly, monthly periods. ● Planning and attending onboarding sessions.

Requirements

● Maximum age: 35 years old. ● Minimum: Bachelor's degree. ● 2 years of related experience. ● Fluent in English. ● Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Applicants Tracking Systems (ATS). ● Strong communication skills.
