• Ensuring the job descriptions properly define the needs of the company.
• Participate in Quarterly job fairs to work directly with potential recruits.
• Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
• Analyze previous branding initiatives of the company and help optimize the future ones.
Requirements
• Relevant Bachelor or higher degree
• 2 years of HR or Recruiting Experience
• Wide knowledge of topics specific to the HR industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong networking abilities
• Training and experience in the Applicant Tracking System.
