Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements for each position.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates, including sourcing, social media campaigns, job fairs, and employee referrals.
Perform job interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data.
Assist hiring managers and HR with the onboarding process.
Collaborate with hiring manager to create/update job description.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
At least two years of experience.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
