Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements for each position.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates, including sourcing, social media campaigns, job fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Perform job interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data.
  • Assist hiring managers and HR with the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with hiring manager to create/update job description.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
  • At least two years of experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
