Conduct meetings with department managers to determine needed criteria for their employee requisitions.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Do the talent acquisition process including sourcing, making job posts, screening, filtering, and categorizing CVs, phone interviews, F2F interviews, presenting candidate shortlist to the hiring manager, reference checks, offer letter, and onboarding process.
Prepare new job descriptions and review current job descriptions.
Conduct employee exit interviews and get feedback from staff who are about to leave the company.
Prepare reports of the talent acquisition section.
Cooperate for any work-related events with universities, job fairs, etc.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in HR.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
