Job Description

● Develops, analyzes, optimizes and improves organizational structure, processes and procedures. ● Defines KPIs and measures for processes and manages their measurement and reporting. ● Conducts internal audits based on the implemented management system standards. ● Prepares business analysis and managerial reports in related fields.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields from a reputable university. ● Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields. ● Good knowledge of BPM discipline and processes. ● Familiar with ISO standards especially process management standards (ISO 9001). ● Strong communication and negotiation skills. ● Expert in M.S. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio). ● Familiarity with ITIL, ISO20000 is an advantage. ● Experience in Payment or banking environment is an advantage.
