Responsibilities:

- Interaction with the Development Team to solve problems and improve software performance
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams using tools like Postman and Swagger
- Manage and maintain databases using SQL
- Documenting and reporting the results of the tests and problems identified
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Engineering or hardware and software
- experience working with software test tools like postman and swagger
- Mastery of programming and databases, especially SQL
- Introduction to work environments such as Azure and IIS
- Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively with teams and customers
- Practical experience and expertise in software support and testing
