To review, edit, and publish daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action that benefits the company.
To generate and publish proper daily content at the manager’s request in special cases and force timelines.
To set up and keep the company pages within each platform updated to increase the visibility and availability of company’s social content.
To inspect and moderate all generated content in line with the moderation policy proper to each community and context.
To communicate different reports regarding social media budget and expenses with the EB budget admin and ensure the expenses are within budget.
To liaise with the product, promotion, Sales, and CR teams to prepare the brief for defining related digital and online channels marketing campaigns and execute those campaigns.
To communicate the internal brief for designing and planning social media campaigns aligned with business goals to related media agencies, get necessary approvals, and advise agencies to obtain best results possible.
To schedule social media communication plan based on the communication plan provided by the manager for products and company messages and get necessary approvals on them.
To contribute in establishing and executing social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
To liaise with creative and offline media teams to ensure social media contents are consistent and align with the campaign's overall message.
To liaise with media agents and creative agencies to execute campaigns and produce materials.
To cooperate with website team and SEO agencies to be aligned with SEO plan and contribute to achieve SEO optimization goals.
To contribute to compile and present SEO performance and prepare analytic reports to share insights on how to optimize website lead generation performance by leveraging social media channels.
To liaise with procurement and finance for agency payments and prepare contract requirements
To measure, assess, and report the performance and effectiveness of all social media content and campaigns via different in-app and software tools, and suggest solutions for performance enhancement.
To ensure MTNIrancell Corporate Identity is being implemented in all social media ad designs.
To research on communications of social media to evaluate the effectiveness of the channels.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, or an MBA graduate.
At least 3 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising others.
Experience working in a medium organization.
Experience in digital marketing and social channels is a plus.
