Job Description
Job Purpose:
The senior HR specialist is responsible for operational areas of the function:
personnel administration, training and development plan execution, performance management administration, health, and safety on-site responsibility. Collaborate with other managers with a “hands-on” attitude to contribute to the achievement of local and functional objectives.
Responsibilities:
● Administer recruitment, Support selection, execute training, administer development requirements, and administer promotion and termination procedures of the company in order to support Hub HR to attract the best staff with the resource available.
● Cooperate in the promotion of the business culture, controlling internal communication, and promoting corporate values.
● Administer the annual training program.
● Operate internal procedures and cooperate in developing policies.
● Carry out and monitor payroll processes in collaboration with external providers.
● Workplace accident prevention: coordinate and oversee health and safety policies and protocols.
● Coordinate and develop internal communication plans.
● Coordinate the proper presentation of the department to ensure a high-quality service.
● Time management: absenteeism, holidays, working hours, factory work shift control.
● Factory transportation plan administration
● Negotiation with suppliers, consultants, and staffing agencies.
● Operate fringe benefits plans in place.
● Collaborate in international projects and provide information to Hub and headquarters.
● Maintain personnel records, contract, and offer letter administration process.
● Support all new employees during the induction process.
● Do any other duties stemming from the needs of the position.
