The senior human resources generalist will run the daily functions of the HR department including performance management, career path design, learning and development, hiring and interviewing.
Design and implement performance management.
Design and implement L&D projects.
Implement C&B policies and procedures.
Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants.
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs.
Requirements
5 years of HR experience.
Familiar with people experience.
