● Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
● Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
● Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
● Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
● Undertake tasks around performance management.
● Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
● Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
● Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
● Conduct organizational surveys and prepare the required reports.
● Assist in job evaluation projects and any other initiatives around compensation and benefits.
Requirements
● Work experience in a similar position with the title of human resources expert or related titles.
● Proper understanding of various human resources processes, including recruiting and hiring, training and development, and service compensation.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
● Proficient in English.
● Appropriate interpersonal and communication skills.
● Problem-solving skills.
● Willingness to work as a team in a result-oriented environment.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields.
