● Promote human resources programs to create an efficient workplace.
● Resolve issues related to employees.
● Cooperate in the preparation and implementation of operational plans and goals in the field of human capital.
● Cooperate in conducting training needs assessment based on job and employee to determine the training needs of employees
● Participate in the project of measuring staff satisfaction on an annual basis and analyzing the results statistically.
● Manage, organize, and supervise all matters related to human resources management.
● Provide the best solutions to solve the organization's problems and challenges.
● Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
● Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Requirements
● Responsible, persistent, and regular.
● At least five years of managerial work experience.
● Positive attitude, paying attention to detail, problem-solving, crisis management, negotiation skills and reasoning, strong personality, and good multitasking ability.
● Ability to communicate effectively.
● Proficient in the calculation of performance and salary system.
● Familiarity with labor and social security laws.
● Getting to know the challenges, problems, and needs of employees.
● Ability to manage time and ability to complete responsibilities.
● Work experience in the manufacturing sector.
● Ability to plan strategy along with leadership skills.
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, and Industrial Management.
