● Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
● Implement training and development plans.

Requirements
● At least 5 years of proven work experience as an HR specialist or HR generalist.
● Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
● Full-cycle recruiting knowledge.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Good problem-solving abilities.
● Team management skills.
● Time and stress management.
● Good command of English.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant fields.
● Fluent in computer skills (Internet, MS Office and etc.).
