Active in human capital internal communications Participation in the design of the organizational travel map of employees Plan and execute employee experience activities throughout the collaboration lifecycle Analyzing the belongingness and satisfaction of employees and providing suggested solutions to the relevant trustees Preparing an executive calendar for maintaining and implementing campaigns, internal events and incentive programs Monitoring the experience of employees at different stages of the collaboration cycle, especially onboarding and offboarding Design and implementation of employee experience surveys and data analysis, such as job satisfaction, personnel exit (Exit Interview, eNPS index, etc.)
Qualifying conditions:
At least 2 years of relevant experience Introduction to the use of artificial intelligence in human capital Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, team spirit, organized and responsible Creative, creative and master of employee retention processes Graduate of human resources, management or related fields Mastery of Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with data analysis tools
