Job Description
- Control and manage the implementation of project executive operations based on executive methods and specialized guidelines.
- Participate in reviewing contractors' executive planning.
- Manage and monitor the activities of district executive supervisors.
- Control and monitor the resources of executive contractors and provide analysis and reports to executive management.
- Manage and plan district supervisors for the earth-level projects.
- Identify project problems and barriers, operational risks, and report to executive management.
- Resource Management and Organizing Human Resources Level on the site.
- Interact and coordinate with other departments in the contractors' implementation to achieve the goals of the earth-level projects.
- Coordinate with site management in support and logistics.
- Coordinate with site management about local stakeholder management.
- Attend weekly meetings on behalf of the Earth Level Unit.
- Attend contractors' meetings on behalf of Earth Project Management.
Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Mastery of the operation of pipelines.
- Mastery of the operational processes in the construction of process plants.
- Related history in oil field development plans.
- Ability to assess and manage safety, health, and environmental risks.
