Job Description

The Senior Administrative Supervisor has to ensure proper working conditions within the HO building and coordinate the admin associates, the drivers, travel desk activities, and expatriate requirements; visas, and work permits. The incumbent will also supervise and oversee management of the local travel and event organization process, to assure optimum efficiency.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate conferences, conventions, meetings, seminars, and all other events in order to promote TSI and strengthen the image of the company.
  • Manage all employee services including transportation, facilities, company pool cars, mail room, company cell phone, and uniform activities effectively.
  • Supervise, motivate, and train the administrative staff to work in a way that ensures high “Customer Satisfaction” among the employees.
  • Direct and control the administration cost center. Budgeting and preparing reports for admin cost center budget and CAPEX.
  • Collaborate closely with HR in order to develop, customize, and implement TSI policy and procedures in line with the corporate requirements.
  • Manage all travel and entertainment arrangements for all TSI employees according to company policy and procedures.
  • Responsible for coordinating closely with admin suppliers and utility service providers for the HO maintenance.
  • Perform any other tasks given by the line manager and relevant to the functional support.

Requirements

  • Preferably a university degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • English language should be high both spoken and written.
  •  Travel and event management expertise gained with high-volume travel and event functions is a plus.
  • Very good computer knowledge (MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PP).
  • Ability to communicate with top management and external suppliers.
  • Team-oriented leadership skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the administration field or service provider function; over 15 years of experience in human resources as a people leader working directly with other functional heads.
  • Experience in working in a multicultural and multinational environment is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of financial impacts and budgeting.
