Job Description

  • Interact with passengers.
  • Answer passengers.
  • Provide quality customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Interact positively and communicate effectively internally with ticketing staff, GM, marketing, ticketing providers, and tour managers as needed.
  • Create, complete, and manage accurate and timely reports, including daily ticket counts as needed.
  • Create, maintain, modify, and manage all ticketed events in a computerized environment.
  • Ticket processing and mailing.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the director of ticketing or other management.
  • Report to the technical manager.
  • Number required: 4 people.
  • Duration: one-year contract.
  • Desired start date: ASAP.
  • Working hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm.
  • Travel requirements: No.
  • Commission and bonus: Yes.

Requirements

  • Gender preference: Female.
  • Age range: 20 to 25 years old.
  • Patience in learning.
  • Strong public relations.
  • Creative.
  • Team player.
  • Interested in learning about travel agencies and being recruited by the travel agency.
  • Good personality.
  • Sociable.
  • Strong knowledge of computers.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A Diploma in Mathematics is an advantage.
