Job Description

● Supervise the activities of the sales team to achieve the annual sales target. objectives for the portfolio considering an agreed cost budget. ● Lead and coach medical representatives' activities. ● Monitor the sales team activities. ● Monitor inventory stocks. ● Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales challenges. ● Handle complaints regarding sales. ● Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control medical representatives. ● Analyze operational records and reports to Managers. ● Determine call plans. ● Manage contact lists. ● Monitor sales activities via double visits.

Requirements

● Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Veterinary, or Master's degree in Biomedicine Sciences. ● At least 3 years of professional working experience in cardiology lines. ● Related experience preferably in multinational pharmaceutical companies. ● Fluent in English, writing, listening, and speaking. ● Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. ● Good communication skills. ● Enthusiastic and energetic, hard worker. ● Coaching skills. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Preferably experience in trade marketing in chain stores.
