Job Description

  • Supervise the activities of the sales team to achieve the annual sales target.
  • Lead and coach medical representatives' activities.
  • Monitor the sales team activities.
  • Monitor inventory stocks.
  • Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales challenges.
  • Handle complaints regarding sales.
  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control medical representatives.
  • Analyze operational records and reports to managers.
  • Determine call plans.
  • Manage contact lists.
  • Monitor sales activities via double visits.


  • Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Veterinary, or a Master's degree in Biomedicine Sciences.
  • At least 5 years of professional working experience in cardiology lines.
  • Related experience preferably in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
  • Fluent in English, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and hard worker.
  • Coaching skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Preferably experience in trade marketing in chain stores.
