- Anticipate, target and plan annual sales, monthly through the implementation of marketing and sales plans
- Develop annual sales and increase market share by designing sales and product development programs
- Investigating competitors, evaluating supply and demand to determine a competitive price by examining costs and setting a selling price
- Sales team management (selecting, hiring, retaining, developing and leading the sales team)

Requirements
- Bachelor / Master of Management or other related fields
- + 6 years of experience in sales, marketing and product management, including 3 years of experience as a sales manager or product manager
- High problem solving ability and analytical power
- Negotiation and team management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of customers and managers
- Having a result-oriented and customer-oriented approach
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Skills in using MS Office
- Work experience in the field of FMCG is a positive point
