Qualifications & Requirements

* Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Sales and Business Development
* At least 4 years of successful experience in Sales Management roles
* Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing sales teams
* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Experience in market development, customer acquisition, and key account management
* Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and commercial negotiations
* Experience in the electrical industry, industrial equipment, automation, or related sectors is highly preferred
* Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, competitors, and sales performance metrics
* Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
* MBA, Sales Management, Marketing, or Business Development certifications/training will be considered an advantage
