- Managing dealers sales department to reach the market share and revenue targets
- Determining sales and distribution targets (monthly, seasonally and annually)
- Planning and creating long term infrastructure and system to reach the company goals
- Realizing problems and issues which are effective on the sales and providing solutions to solve
- Managing sales development (quality/quantity)
- Determining & reporting sales KPIs and performance
- Search and determine new distribution channels and providing new solutions for sales increase customer satisfaction measurement and designing systems for its increase
- Market visit report and feedback through sales staff
- Finding opportunities, analyze and plan to use them
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
Requirements
- MBA/Medical/Paramedical//Chemistry/Pharmacy or related fields degree
- Minimum 3 years in the field of Pharma
- Familiarity with the pharmacy market, related scientific and medical centers
- Ability to time management and planning
- Flexibility and adaptability in a variety of situations, with a teamwork spirit and responsibility
- Ability to provide statistical and analytical reports, familiarity with pharmaceutical processes and market space
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent Fluency in English in all skills
- Good MS Office proficiency (especially Excel and Word)
- Hardworking, multitasking capability, team working, energetic, self-motivated, creative, problem solving, positive and active attitude, willing to take responsibility
