Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic-minded sales and marketing manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our sales and marketing initiatives, driving customer acquisition, optimizing our market presence, and managing our brand identity.


  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase conversions, and generate qualified leads.
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve company goals.
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer life-cycle, ensuring alignment of messaging across all channels.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, goals, and training programs for sales representatives.
  • Monitor implementation of sales strategies and policies, analyze sales statistics, and determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
  • Monitor the financial performance of sales and marketing strategies, and ensure delivery of general and periodic sales targets.
  • Recruit and manage sales and marketing staff.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and plan our social media content on various platforms such as Instagram, Youtube, Aparat, Linkedin, and website.
  • Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.


  • Proven experience in sales and marketing managerial roles.
  • At least 10 years in relevant roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and techniques.
  • Technical expertise in content creation tools such as video content creation, photography, filmography, and podcasts, with knowledge of their respective applications and devices.
