Job Description

  • Accomplish department objectives by managing staff; planning, leading, and evaluating department activities.
  • Create, develop, and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.
  • Analyze customer research.
  • Explore and study the competitor’s movements in the target market. -Expand and develop marketing platforms.
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales staff.
  • Plan, analyze, and execute new methods and techniques to achieve sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse and identify key performance indicators to improve sales.
  • Define quantitative and qualitative targets to improve sales and customer services.
  • Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team.
  • Follow up inquiries and clarifications with the customer and manage with sales staff to reply to customers with accuracy and precision.
  • Manage, formalize, and negotiate the offers and contracts.
  • Resolve customer and distributors' complaints regarding sales and services.
  • Provide timely reports to the CEO regarding performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing or related fields; or an MBA graduate. 
  • At least 7 years of experience as a sales or marketing manager.
  • Familiar with the insulation market, construction, and HVAC an advantage.
  • Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and self-confident.
  • Excellent skills in sales negotiation and marketing.
  • Ideal age range: 38 to 48 years old.
  • Gender preference: Male.
