In charge of managing all sales operations within SciTech. We are looking for an experienced
professional with proven managerial experience and track record of success in sales.
Responsibilities
- Define annual sales target for SciTech and our network of representatives.
- Define and implement plans to reach sales targets.
- Breakdown those targets into monthly/weekly objectives.
- Track and monitor sales team’s progress against targets.
- Lead & motivate sales team to improve relationship with representatives in order to achieve
sales targets.
- Monitor competition thoroughly and provide monthly report of their portfolio, pricing strategy,
marketing activities.
- Assess costs, competition, trade margins, etc. to establish selling price.
- Establish an excel based sales reporting system with breakdown into category, channel, etc.
- Establish sales training program to enhance the knowledge of the existing team and new
employees.

- Male or Female Candidate; age range 30 to 45.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field. An MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
- Capacity to manage projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
