• Creating Sales Innovative Ideas • preparing & sales reports to top managers • Managing direct sales department. • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. • Determining and monitoring sales target in sales channels. • Setting sales promotions & Sales Expansion • Negotiating with clients and dealers in order to boost the sales amount and volumes . . Staff training and succession management • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to developing their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets are met • Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand • Development sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. • Preparing action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects initiates and coordinates. • Development of action plans to penetrate new markets-creates and conducts.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, or related fields • 10 years of experience • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods • Experience with sales software and services • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization • Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively • Maximum 40 years old
