• Setting direction for the implementation of sales business plans.

• Resolving customer and distributors complaints regarding sales and service.
• Managing, having supervising on daily & monthly activities and reporting from company’s distributors.
• Collecting customer feedback, market research and competitive analyses
. • Implementing regional presence of marketing and promotions programs with optimum use of resources and materials in order to achieve the highest in-store visibility and sales performance for the key strategic brands region wide by gaining the active support of the trade
. • Establishing close working relationships with the company distributors.
• Ensuring quality of services and coverage by the sales force to distributors and customers.
• Reporting to Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements

• University Qualifications: At least a bachelor or master degree in business administration or related fields
. • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of sales management supervision preferably in home appliances industry
. • Strong Forecasting, targeting and Reporting
•Experienced in Varanegar software
