Main responsibilities:
-Presenting a comprehensive marketing plan and sales increasing plan in Tehran office
- Managing, motivating and leading the sales team to achieve set KPIs and targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Advise the sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance.
- Managing and supervising of after sales Services staffs
- Managing office and financial affairs in Tehran office
- Determining marketing 4P according to the result of market research
- Ensure customer satisfaction is to the company's high standards.
- Attend and lead sales meetings to ensure targets are being met and sales reps are receiving sufficient support and training
- Continues improvement suggestions for sales instructions
Reporting to: Sales Vice president and Sales and Marketing supervising committee
Subordinates: Secretary, Sales staffs and after sales services staffs
Number required: one staff
Duration: permanent position
Desired start date: 1396/07/01 (2017/11/23)
Probation: 2 months
Working hours: Sat-Wed 8 to 17:30 (Thursday is Overtime)
Travel requirements: Travel to different locations to meet with potential and existing clients.
Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable
Commission / Bonus: It is available according to rules of company if achieve sales target
Requirements
University qualifications: M. SC in Management or other sales and marketing related fields
Other certifications: CRM, ICDL, strategic management
Previous experience: 5+ years of sales management or marketing management experience.
Specialist knowledge: Ability to prepare and execute marketing plan
