- Develop the sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum growth in line with DPN’s vision and values.
- Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.
- Manage, lead and motivate the sales team and ensure an effective control of the department expenses.
- Visit key accounts and assist in negotiating and executing important deals when necessary.
- Conduct market studies with the assistance of the regional sales and technicalâ€commercial engineers about the prices of the competitive products in the Iranian market.

Requirements
- Education: BA/MBA Marketing or BSc in Agricultural engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience preferably in a similar field.
- Excellent command of English and Farsi.
- MS Office; Outlook.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
